  EQQOCL ends with RX0043I error when running a statement
  containing the SELECT keyword.

  A user can modify a CP virtual work station, even if
  the RACF resource CPW.* is defined, the user has READ
  access to it and the CP.WSNAME is defined  in the SUBRESOURCES
  of the AUTHDEF statement.
  .
  Jobs, submitted outside TWSz with TYPRUN=HOLD in their
  JOBCARD, have to be released by TWSz according to
  the HOLDJOB(USER) parameter; but they are not released
  when the controller is started after they are submitted.
