Problem
How do I clear my cache and cookies in an Internet Explorer browser?
Resolving The Problem
• Open Internet Explorer
• Select Tools from the Menu Bar – Press [Alt] + [T] on your keyboard
• Select Internet Options
• Click on the General Tab
• In the Browsing History section click on the Delete button
• You will need to check-mark the following boxes
• Temporary Internet files and website files
• Cookies and website data
• Form data
• Click on the Delete button
• Click on Apply
• Click on the Privacy tab
• In the Pop-up Blocker section un-check the box for Turn on Pop-up Blocker
• Click on Apply
• Click on OK
• Close the Internet Options window
• Close out of Internet Explorer completely to apply the changes.
