PI54315: RV_ SECURITY VIEWS FOR RLS ARE NOT BEING CREATED PROPERLY AFTER SCHEMA REGENERATION

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When OpenPages administrators regenerate the reporting schema,
  the RV_ views are not being recreated properly. This is causing
  problems for record level security rules. The symptom is the
  rules show as enabled in the user interface (UI) however don't
  appear to be enabled.
  

Local fix

• The work-around is disable the security rule and re-enable the
  security rule.

Problem conclusion

• We had to add in an extra step to the reporting schema
  generation to recreate the RV view after during the finalize
  step.  This allows the RV views to be properly recreated with
  RLS security in place.
