Unable to access article sent by IBM My Notifications

Troubleshooting


Problem

I was trying to access the document links given in IBM My Notification email but was unable to get to it. It asks for my User ID, Password and Support ID. Once I got all keyed in, it does not allow me access. What can I do to access a document?

Symptom

For example, this URL

uid=swg1GA16069&myns=swgother&mynp=OCSSMPHH&mync=E&cm_sp=swgother-_-
OCSSMPHH-_-E is for an APAR with the Title:
GA16069: GUARDIUM APPLIANCE IS SLOW BECAUSE OF QUERY RUNNING
EVERY 5 MINUTES THAT CALCULATES SPACE.
The document itself does not open; only a sort of cover sheet opens.
