Sterling(IBM) Control Center is unable to monitor Sterling B2B Integrator.

Troubleshooting


Problem

While trying to do a new implementation and have Sterling(IBM) Control Center(SCC) monitor Sterling B2B Integrator(SBI), the SCC side is unable to connect to the SBI server.

Symptom

From the SBI side there is no ccinterop.log logged, which is the log that would be written once connectivity is established.

The Engine.log from SCC shows:
