Error description

• Where there is a Synergy server on a UNIX platform and where the
  client is on Windows, there is the option to translate ascii
  based objects between UNIX and Windows formats. This should be
  controlled by the 'New Line Translation' option in the workarea
  settings and, on the database level, by the
  dflt_file_translation model setting.
  
  However the New line Translation settings and
  dflt_file_translation model settings are ignored when looking at
  an object contents where the workarea is not visible.
  
  Normally, such an objects contents can be viewed and compared
  etc using commands such as 'ccm view'. The file is not available
  in the workarea and so is copied to a temp area. When the client
  is on Windows (and copied to %TEMP%), this file is _always_
  translated and ends up with CR, LF line endings.
