Problem
Service Item screen defaulted to checked for INSPECTIONREQUIRED field
Symptom
In the Database Configurations inspectionrequired default value set to 0. But when inserting a new row it's defaulting checked.
Resolving The Problem
1. Go to Application Designer
2. Bring up the SRVITEM application
3. Go to Service tab from Control Palette drag and drop the default value to the Inpection Required field
4. Right Click the Default Value Properties, select attribute INSPECTIONREQUIRED, object SERVICEITEMS enter the value as 0
5. Save changes
Go to Service Item create a new Item this will be defaulted to unchecked.
