Troubleshooting
Problem
While trying to access any Cognos reports or perform any other actions like click, etc... on the Cognos portal, it throws below error : 500 - Internal Server Error URL: v1 / reports / i547DB88A53AA463EBBCF7E0B57A301C1 Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.ibm.bi.soap.services.DefaultSoapServicesFactory (initialization failure)
