APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Namespace prefix is missing from XML tags when those tags are
  defined in an XSD file that is referenced by an import statement
  from the top level XSD file.
  

Local fix

• WTXCQ - WTX00047684
  PB / PB
  As a workaround, the XSD files can be merged so that import
  statements are not used.

  schema and qualified form in multiple schemas

Problem conclusion

• Correct processing of XML schema qualified indicator. Previously
   native schema type tree maker would only look at the top most
  schema for qualified form defaults. Now WTX correctly looks at
  the schema where the element is defined for qualified form
  defaults.

  8.3.0.6, 8.4.0.5, 8.4.1.3
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
