PI50795: THE "OPEN ON SELECTION" OPTION IS ERRONEOUSLY OMITTED IN SOURCE EDITOR MENU IN RBD V9.5

Error description

• When right clicking within a RUI source file to activate the
  drop down menu with various options like "Content
  Assist","Generate","Debug As" etc it does not now include the
  "Open on Selection" option of previous RBD versions.
