Temporary fix

Comments

  • The new fields 'CCSID' and 'Propagate CCSID' are added
    on panel ADB21DA 'Alter/Rename Database'.

The user can change the encoding schema of the database
    by specifying value (E - EBCDIC, A - ASCII, U -UNICODE)
in field 'CCSID', and choosing whether to propagate the
encoding schema change to table space(s) by specifying
value (Yes/No) in field 'Propagate CCSID'.

There is a restriction that column changes around CCSID
cannot be recovered when ALT is used to propagate CCSID
    changes from Database level.
