Error description

• When traversing program-switch chains during HWM processing, if
  there are BMP to MPP program-switches which subsequently invoke
  MPP to MPP program-switches, only the first part of the chain
  (BMP to MPP) may be processed. This may result in residual
  pointers to transactions which are subsequently deleted, leading
  to unpredictable results, including ABENDS0C4 if the pointers
  address storage that has been released.                     S0C4

Problem conclusion

• In EOD processing, for whatever cause, the full program-switch
  chain needs to be traversed so that the transaction being
  deleted is correctly unchained and no residual pointers
  retained.
