Highlighted Citrix published applications (such as Controller) have black Window frames

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches Controller via Citrix. The Controller client starts to load. If the user clicks on any of the logon prompts (to bring them 'in focus') then their top title bar changes to black. - If they click away to another (different) program, then the Controller client title bars return to their familiar white/grey colours.
