Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of InfoSphere CDC for z/OS.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: PTF UI28923 introduced a change to the  *
  *                      behaviour of ONTABLEERROR and           *
  *                      ONCOMPRESSIONERROR.  A group of errors  *
  *                      that were previously treated as         *
  *                      decompression errors changed to table   *
  *                      errors.  This change was intentional    *
  *                      for a number of design reasons, but     *
  *                      customers do not find the change        *
  *                      friendly.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  For IFI 306 reason code 00C90063 (decompression error), a change
  was made to treat this as a decompression error only for
  diagnostic codes 00C90063, 00C90064, 00C90088, 00C9008E.  All
  other diagnostic codes were changed to table errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• The previous behaviour is restored.  If the reason code is
  00C90063 (decompression error), it is treated as a decompression
  error no matter what the diagnostic code.  This PTF also
  contains enablement for the IBM DB2 Anlytics Accelerator.
