Problem
A subscription can not be restarted causing SQL exception "Concurrent update or delete for same row..."
Symptom
Issue: Cannot apply changes to table <tablename>.
Explanation: The SQL statement which failed to execute was:
DELETE FROM "Admin.<tablename>"
WHERE ...
FROM ...
Action: Review the contents of the nzlog and nzbad files in
<path>/load/err/ for more details on the cause of this error.
A SQL exception has occurred. The SQL error code is '1100'. The SQL state is: HY000. The error message is:
ERROR: Concurrent update or delete of same row ..
