  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The calculation of value "Global contention" is incorrect
  for the thread time and events and the package time and events.
  Only "L-Locks parent" was taken, but it must be the summary
  of "L-Locks parent", "L-Locks child", "L-Locks other",
  "P-Locks pageset", "P-Locks page", and "P-Locks other".
  So the value "Global contention" and "Suspensions (Class x)"
  is too low and the value "Not accounted" is too high.

  Changed calculation of value "Global contention" and
  value "Suspensions (Class x)".
