Error description

• Chapter 16. Configuration parameters for Classic data servers
  and services - Service-specific paarmters
  The explanations for COLDELIMITER, ROWDELIMITER and
  STRINGDELIMITER.
  Escape characters for delimiter are explained as below.
  \r - carriage return, equivalent to 0X0D
  \n - new line, equivalent to 0X0A
  \f - form feed, equivalent to 0X0C
  \f - form feed, equivalent to 0X0C
  \t - tab, equivalent to 0X09
  \v - vertical tab, equivalent to 0X08
  But these hex codes are of ASCII. The codes actually used are of
  EBCDIC in case of PUBUTF8=FALSE.
  \r - carriage return, equivalent to 0X0D <-- Carriage return is
  same code both in ASCII and EBCDIC.
  \n - new line, equivalent to 0X0A <-- actually 0X15. It is
  EBCDIC new line.
  \f - form feed, equivalent to 0X0C <-- Form feed is same code
  both in ASCII and EBCDIC.
  \t - tab, equivalent to 0X09 <-- actually 0X05. It is EBCDIC
  tab.
  \v - vertical tab, equivalent to 0X08 <-- actually 0X0B. It is
  EBCDIC vertical tab.
