  *                         CPUTIME as 'N/P'.                    *

  *                         be COMMIT or ROLLBACK.               *

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. CLASS2 CPUTIME reported as 'N/P' caused by CLASS2 CPUTIME
     field ADDBCPUT missing in dependencies, triggering CLASS2
     fields calculation for related ACCOUNTING REPORT block.
  
  2. IFCID 53 is the end record for SQL DESCRIBE, COMMIT or
     ROLLBACK. Descriptive info now enhanced to
     "SQL DESCRIBE COMMIT ROLLBACK".
