  Obligation to change the algorithm (bugs & enhancements) implies
  modifications of the behavior and so results.
  
   BY-PASS:
  Available in V5R9SP2 and further, tags allow the user to define
  the level of algorithm he wants to use.
  
  When using Gradient algorithm, you can set :
  GradientVersion = 0 for current level, 1 for V5R8SP03
  If using Simulated Annealing algorithm :
  SAVersion = 0 for current level, 1 for V5R8SP03
