Attempting to launch the 'direct' CLI using Connect:Direct for Microsoft Windows results in the Windows error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".

When attempting to launch the 'direct' CLI using Connect:Direct for Microsoft Windows, you get the following Windows error. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)".
