  1, We can select activate frame in Tree.
  2, We can change activate frame from right view to front
  view.
  3, I renamed view's name because the name displayed in
  Japanese
  despite of English mode.Before renaming file is
  Drawing1.CATDrawing.

   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE RESTRICTION:
  It appears that the Makeup of the view is in NoPick mode
   This case is impossible interactively since the object
  Makeup cannot be accessed interactively. The only given
  access is given for the view(EDIT / PRopoerties).
  Therefore, the only known way to get a Makeup in NoPick mode
  is to set it to NoPick by the use of CAA code in a special
  command developped by the customer.
  If this is the case, the same code must put back the makeup
  in pickmode before ending.
  If not, this means some interaction at one moment could
  have resulted in this behavior, but we need to know exactly
  which interaction. This is the only way to analyse that kind
   further. The correct behavior can be pulled back by using
  contextual menu on the view in the spec tree and by clicking the
  /right view object/Force Pick mode  command.
  BYPASS:
  In the selection tree, right-click on the view, go to
  Right view object/Force Pick Mode.
   The view will be pickable.
