  • Scenario:
    - File / Open 2001154_AAD_000.CATDrawing
    Result:
    After several time of open processing CATIA terminates
    without any error message.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  •  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
    The linked CATProduct file has to be cleaned with the V5
    cleaner in order to be able to open the CATDrawing file.

        CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 9 GA level and ON V5R8SP03
    
     REASON:
    This problem is UR after running the V5 cleaner on the
    CATProduct file.
    We advise customer to clean the all directory (CATProduct
    and CATPart files).
    The cleaned CATProduct file is available at DS and can be
    required by customer.
