HC91338: DRAFTING PERFORMANCE PROBLEM IN CATIA V5 WITH CDD FILE.

Error description

• Scenario:
  - file open 2-467-0035_00 00glue.cdd
  - create a trap around the upper leftmost geometry including
    its dimensions
  - hit the delete key on the keyboard to delete this geometry
  Result:
  The deletion of this geometry needs about 20 seconds, which
  is much too long.
  On the same machine the deletion of the same geometry
  needs only one to two seconds in V5 ccd.

  This problem has been corrected on V5R9 SP4 and V5R10ga :
  it takes about 4 seconds to delete the geometry af the view
  PV of the V5 CATDrawingImportDocument.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  This problem has been corrected on V5R9 SP4 and V5R10ga.
