     INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
Distance constraints flip to wrong side during update in
     Sketcher.
     .
In mos t of cases the incident has been corrected from V5R8GA.
The fi x has been versionned to avoid regression(Quality plan)
===> To activate this fix it is necessary to recreate the
===> constraint: then problem does not occur any more.
      .
In some other cases exists a lost of chirality of Use Edge :
For instance it might happen with offset constraint between
a use Edge and a sketcher element.
This is what occurs in this problem.
SUG closure : Use Edgde has to be upgraded.
     .
     ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
To stabilize once for all behaviour of sketch, delete the
Offset.534,recreate a distance constraint similar to
Offset.534 but not between lines, between up end points
    of the 2 lines.
Then create an Angle constraint between 2 segments of
use edge broken line and put a formula to pilot the previous
    created offset.
With that profiles are no longer overlaped when changing
     Motif parameter.
