• Executing an IGECAT on a specific IGES file results in an empty
  model.
  
  Type 110 (line) and 144 (trimmed surface) are not translated
  with following error messages:
  
   ITC34616
   CAT02997
   ITC34025
  
  Tolerances have been changed with no correct result.
  
  This IGES file translates correctly on V5.

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  No elements in the model after an igecat process.
  
   CORRECT APPLICATION:
  The provided IGES file does not conform to the IGES Standard:
  All the floating point values in the Parameter Data records
  are specified using an 'e' (lowercase) to specifie the
  exponent part of value.
  According to the IGES Specification, an 'E' (uppercase)
  should be used to introduce exponent part in floating point
  values. See paragraph 2.2.2.2 of the IGES standard
  specification (ANSI US PRO/IPO-100-1996).
  
  The CATIA V4 IGES processor does not understand floating
  point value with an 'e' for the exponent. It silently
  translates the value to 0.0 and tries to continue processing.
  
  A By Pass to read this particular file is to change, at
  least in the Parameter Data Section, all 'e+' into 'E+' and
  all 'e-' into 'E-'.
