1 - unfold the part
2 - select Sketch 4 and try to perform a cutout
=> Catia returns "414414200: Topological Operators: internal
error."

  • THIS APAR IS CONSIDERED AS A SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR
CATIA.

 TECHNICAL EXPLANATION
the cutout ( created in flat view) corresponds to an overlap
ping area in folded view.This is not managed in sheet metal
current release

 BY-PASS:
reorder the user flange and create the cutout before the second
flange by defining in work object user flange2 before cutout
 creation
This issue will be solved in a next release
