Error description

• Translation or rotation of a 2D elements group elements (more
  than one hundred) takes about 3 min.
  
  Scenario:
  1. Open the sketch.CATPart
  2. Dbl. click on Sketch.1 to edit it
  3. Zoom in the yellow rectangle and select the part of the
     sketch inside the rectangle (multiselection by mouse-trap)
  4. Select Insert/Operation/Transformation/Translate
  5. Define any translation in the sketch (translation.jpg,
     case2.jpg)
  ===> Elememts are translated after about 3min.
       Configuration : (P III, 800MHz, 512MB)
