Troubleshooting
Problem
The default values for maximum message lengths for IBM Message Queue objects might be inadequate for your environment. You can change the defaults to accommodate your installation requirements.
Symptom
You might see error messages about truncated messages. For example, messages in ICFM queues are truncated if their lengths are greater than the MAXMSGL value. The IBM InfoSphere Identity Insight MQ pipelines will fail to start due to truncated messages in CF.IDENTITY.INSIGHTS queue.
You will see following error messages in the MQ pipeline log file:
ERR: Queue: CF.IDENTITY.INSIGHTS
ERR: MQ error, reason code: 2010
ERR: Error message: Data length error
