CA 11 Report Themes stop working after upgrade from CA 11.0.5 to CA 11.0.6

Problem

After upgrade from CA 11.0.5 to CA 11.0.6 Getting errors when trying to create new report using Themes option. Errors: "Unable to get a value of the property 'documentElement's object is null or undefined" and report version error, reading that report version is ".../schemas/report/13.3/" whereas expected would be ".../schemas/report/14.0/" Creating new report without using Theme option works and report is created, although report is missing theme colours and design.

Symptom

Getting errors when trying to create new report using Themes option. Errors:

"Unable to get a value of the property 'documentElement's object is null or undefined .... "

and report version error, reading that report version is ".../schemas/report/13.3/" whereas expected would be ".../schemas/report/14.0/"
