  SKETCH
  
  Scenario
  1) File --> New (CATPart)
  2) Go onto sketcher
  3) Create rectangle(any shape is OK) (See M3_1.gif)
  4) Sel rectangle by trp
  5) Click "Rotate" icon and activate "Conservation of the
  constraint"
  option in
     "Rotation definition" panel(See M3_2.gif)
  6) Sel Origin point and sel rectangle and move mouse to any
  direction
  (See M3_3.gif)
  7) Click any place to define location of the rotated shape
  ===> Vertical and horizontal constraints is disappeared (See
  M3_4.gif)
