Error description

• We can't obtain the chamfer dimension of a chamfer which
  is on a circular section of a loft.
  Scenario:
  1- Open the part "Pbm_Chamfrein_lissage.CATPart"
  2- Start the Drafting workbench.
  3- Create a front view of this part.
  4- Create the cotation of the chamfer with the specific icon.
  Result:
  The fonctionnality "chamfer cotation" doesn't work
  However the fonctionnality runs with a rectangular loft.

   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  It is impossible to create a chamfer dimension on a part built
  with a circular loft.
  
   JUSTIFICATION FOR DEVLOPMENT REQUEST:
  The detection of canonicity is done after.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  It is difficult in the loft to build a cylinder instead of a
  NURBS.
  This problem will be corrected in a future release.
