HC77952: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PASTE AN ELEMENT FROM A CATALOG FILE

Error description

• Scenario:
  1. Start up V5
  2. FILE+NEW a CATDrawing
  3. click the new view icon to creat a new view
  4. click the catalog browser icon
  5. select the one which is sent.
  6. It shows up all the 2D component.
  7. For example, if we select special L10, MB3
  8. It shows two options: COPY and INSTANTIATE
  9. when we select INSTANTIATE, it just works perfect!
  10.But if we select COPY, nothing happens
  11.if we try EDIT+PASTE, ... it just pops up a warning panel
  saying IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PASTE

  This problem has been corrected on V5R7 making the selection of
