HC77573: ANMANAGE / IMPORT FROM BULK DATA FILE (.DAT) FOR XXX NASTRAN FAILS WITH ` PROGRAM ERROR ` MESSAGE

Error description

• The data is in the format of a bulk data file (.dat) for xxx
  Nastran
  1) ANMANAGE>ANALYSIS>CREATE - select the Nastran V70 option and
  leave all other settings as default
  2) ANMANAGE>IMPORT - select the file via the motif window and
  select OK to begin import
  3) Import fails with "Program Error" message
  4) catini.log file contain a number of:
     standard warning messages - "Warning : Element CPENTA   32208
  HASN'T
     GOT ENOUGH NODES
      ELEMENT 70289 NOT FOUND
      then fails with:
      SEVERE ERROR DETECTED BY SUBROUTINE : EHRPRO
      ERROR CODE 19301
      DETECTED IN ROUTINE : c5ithru
      RETURN CODE                   : 0
      NODE   1001666904 NOT FOUND
