   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  If the hole is created in a negative body the top limit is set
  Up-To-Plane limiting plane is the selected Fsur .
  
  Changing the support of the sketch , change hole origin posi
  tion but not the limiting plane.
  Top limit is still Up-to-plane to the same face of the pocket.
  
  This problem is an enhancement request . The enhancement request
  is to allow the user to access to Hole top limit.
