Error description

• It is impossible to create a radius dimension on a fillet.
  We select the dimension creation icon then we select the fillet
  geometry. After indication of a point in the drawing with Mouse
  Button 1, we get the Drawing Error window :
        No dimension creation possible
        in this geometric configuration

   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  It is impossible to create a RADIUS dimension on a fillet.
  
   JUSTIFICATION FOR DEVLOPMENT REQUEST:
  The selected fillet edge is seen as an ellipse in the projection
  view. So the radius dimension is not available.
  So, to be able to dimension the fillet in this kind of
  configuration (ellipse), we have to access the 3D fillet
  feature instead of the 3D edge.
  .
  This will be possible after a development that is not planned
  yet and that enables dimension creation software to access the
  3D fillet feature instead of the 3D edge.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  Create a projection view normal to the fillet you want to
  dimension.
