  Scenario:
  1. Help+Contents, Index and Search
  2. Search (binoculars icon)
          Key in "catalog" in Search field
  3. Double Click "CATIA Infrastructure-Creating a Catalog
  4. Click on link to load BuildCatalog.CATScript in "Have access
  to the files ALL_FASTENER
  S.csv, Screw.csv, and BuildCatalog.CATScript."  Then OK to open
  the
  file.
  Result:  Error message:  !License not granted for selected
  objects.
  Expected Result:  File should open successfully
