Error description

• CBD drilled holes attributes not changed
  
  SCENARIO :
  --------
  1) Crate a pad
  2) Create a hole
  3) Create a pattern from the previous hole
  4) Create a board
  5) Change the hole properties (NPTH to PTH)
  6) Check the pattern properties
  > RESULT : the patterns do not inheritate of the PTH
  modification. Of course when exporting then the part, the
  drilled holes attributes are NPTH

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ON
    CATIA VERSION 5 RELEASE 6 GA level.
  NOTE THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL ALSO BE FIXED ON V5R5SP2.
  
  The bad linkage issue has been fixed. When
  replaying the scenario, you will state that
  at step 6 patterns well inheritates now of the
  PTH hole attribute.
