Error description

• ABSTRACT: Mathematical Function results are not correct
  for                millimeters but are correct for meters
  (round, floor,            ceil).
  
  
  Problem Description:
  The new V5R4 math operators only work in meter unit.
  exemples:
  
  round(1250mm)= 1000mm
  floor(20mm) = 0mm
  floor(1250mm) = 1000mm
  ceil(20mm) = 1000mm
  ceil (1250mm) = 2000mm
  
  but if the unit is meter, then it works
  
  round(0.02m)= 0m
  round(1.250m)= 1m
  floor(0.02m) = 0m
  floor(1.250m) = 1m
  ceil(0.02m) = 1m
  ceil (1.250m) = 2m
