   INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  Two symbols are available :
  - Welding symbols (= symbolic weld) are correctly updated after
  modification of the part.
  The icon is represented with a leader and V
  - Weld (= geometric weld) is not updated after modification of
  the part.
  
   JUSTIFICATION FOR DEVLOPMENT REQUEST:
  Weld symbol will follow the draw geometry after modification of
  the part on V5R5.
  .
  It works fine today for welding symbols.
  
   ANSWER AND POSSIBLE BY-PASS:
  Use the symbolic representation (welding symbol icon) rather
  than the geometric representation (weld icon)
