Error description

• Environment: Catia V5R3 SPX on Windows NT4 SP4
  
  Description: In the Part Design Workbench, when you move fast
  the specification tree, the graphic interface locks. You can't
  move the mouse either. You have to start up again Windows NT.
  GRAPHIC CARD: 3Dlabs Oxygen GVX1, 1280x1024x32bits/pixel, 85Hz,
  32Mb.
  
  Note that same problem occurs when being in the drawing
  workbench, if you move fast a view then graphics interface
  locks as well.

Problem summary

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:

  This problem is dependent on the graphic driver level used
  on 3DLabs Oxygen GVX1 graphic adapter.
  The problem can be reproduced with driver level 2.14.1053.
  It is corrected in version 2.14.1357 of 3DLabs OXYGEN GVX1
  graphic drivers.
