HC45922: SKETCHER - CONSTRAINT AND GEOMETRY DISAPPEAR OR ARE RELOCAT FOR NO REASON

Error description

• ABSTRACT: SKETCHER - Constraint and Geometry disappear or
  are relocated for no reason
  
  When creating a profile sometimes when you go to add a
  constraint the constraint and the geometry disappears with
  no warning.  The part that we are suppling has a SKETCH2 in
  it that is the profile of a rib.  Something similiar to what
  we do in V4 today.  When we go to add a constraint from the
  bottom of the rib to the top the dimension is created and
  when we indicate where to put it everything disappears.  We
  have seen other cases of this where they do not disappear
  but instead are located somewhere on the other side of the
  part etc.
  
  SCENARIO:
  1) Read the sent Part Document
  2) Select SKETCH2 and then the sketche icon.
  3) Zoom in on the sketch and then select the Cut Part By
  Sketch Plane icon.
  4) Now apply a dimension between the bottom edge of the
  sketch where the fillet radii are and the top of the rib.
  5) You see that the dimension is created.  Select where to
  put it.
  ====>  The entire sketch disappears. If you want
  to see just invert and grow to infinity simply constraint
  the bottom edge where the fillets are to the inside edge of
  the cover.  Repeat the process and this time the two
  vertical lines will flip 180 degrees and go out to infiity.

Problem summary

• During a constraint creation, when the constraint position
  is indicated, the constraint system is move away without
  any reason.
