HC45893: SKETCHER - DELETION OF DRIVING DIMENSION GIVES NO INDICATION

Error description

• ABSTRACT: No indication when driving dimension deleted.
  When you delete a driving dimension there is no indication
  to you during the deletetion that you are doing so.
  
  SCENARIO:
  1) Go into the sketcher.
  2) Create a dimension
  3) Create a second dimension driven by the first
  4) Delete the first dimension (the driving one).
  ===> The dimension is deleted and there is no indication
  that it was a driving dimension of the other.
   Some warning should have been given because in the case of a
  complex sketch one may not know what dimensions are driving what

  others linked driven dimensions.
