Error description

• ABSTRACT: In FK SOLIDE / TRANSFOR / TRANSLAT , defined values
  overwritten when defining a transalation by selecting an edge:
  Translation value is overwritten by element length.
  
   SCENARIO:
  1) Start Catia with an empty model
  2) SOLIDE / CREATE / CANONIC / CUBOID
  3) Key in 0,0,0 for reference point
  4) Key in 75,85,95 for Lx,Ly,Lz
  5) SOLIDE / TRANSFOR / TRANSLAT
  6) Translation window pops up with a predefined length of 100.
  7) Select the cuboid
  8) Define a translation value of 200.000 in Translation widow to
     define the direction of the translation select an edge in
     direction of the x-axis
  
  => The length of the selected edge overwrites the already
     defined value for the translation.

   CORRECT APPLICATION:
  This is documented in the User's Reference Manual for
  MODIFY / GEOMETRY / MOVE
  (works the same for DUPLICAT and TRANSFOR):
  Select a line segment ==> An arrow superimposed on this segment
  is displayed in hight mode. It defines the direction and length
  of the translation vector.
  The length is displayed in the TRANSLATION panel and becomes
  the new current value.
