Problem

The TRIRIGA Graphics tab does not display a drawing when a user is connected through Siteminder Single Sign On (SSO). No error is displayed on the screen or in the server.log. We just see a blank space where drawing should be. When logged in directly to the server (bypassing SSO) the Graphics tab displays the drawing as expected.

Symptom

The Floor plan image is not displayed in Graphics sections.
