Troubleshooting
Problem
Use the Connect:Drect Requester to attach to IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for Windows. Double Click on the node name. Fill in userid and password. The connection gets refused.
Symptom
TCPIP: WSAECONNREFUSED - The connection was refused. The server may be
down.
Address: DNS name
Port: API port of the node
nslookup DNS_name returns ip address
nslookup ip_address returns Server:Unknown
