  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

  Abstract: EPMR: Catia license will not timeout if user in
  Sketcher.
  .
  Thought we had the problem solved but some smart user found that
  as long as he left his session in Sketcher it stayed on
  indefinitely.
  .
  The problem now is that the session does not time out with the
  CATIA.MAXTIM parameters, if the sketcher is open.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The sketcher currently does not implement any timing possibili
  ties. So we have to stop the timer when you enter the sketcher,
  ot you will be timed out when working in the sketcher.
  Enabling the sketcher to be timed out in case of non-activity,
  as CATIA is, would need to implement an event exchange from the
  sketcher to CATIA, to enable to restart the timer when some
  work is done in the sketcher.
  This is not currently planned.

• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA
