Problem
CDC job with Teradata ODBC Connection to the Bookmark was failing intermittently with: Message: ODBC_Connector_0: ODBC function "SQLConnect" reported: SQLSTATE = HYT00: Native Error Code = 78: Msg = [Teradata][Unix system error] 78 Socket error - No response received when attempting to connect to the Teradata server (CC_OdbcConnection::connect, file CC_OdbcConnection.cpp, line 550)
