• ABSTRACT:  Fillet cannot be created in SOLIDE with a chamfer.
  
  SCENARIO:
  1) File/Read the model.
  2) Function SOLIDE/OPERATN/FILLET - Rolling Edge
  3) SEL the edge under the blue line
  4) YES: END
  5) SEL the edge under the red line
  6) Enter radius value = 2.0
  7) YES: COMPUTE
  => MSG ERROR: IMPOSSIBLE FILLET RELIMITATION
  

Local fix

Problem summary

•  INCIDENT DIAGNOSIS:
  It is not possible to create a fillet with rolling edge
  on a specific geometry (a corner with four edges, 2 arcs and 2
  segments). Error MSG IMPOSSIBLE FILLET RELIMITATION.
  

Problem conclusion

• THIS PROBLEM IS PERMANENT RESTRICTION IN CATIA
  
  The algorithm tries to extrapole in tangency the top surface of
  the chamfer. As the two top surfaces are not plane, the
  algorithm fails.
