Problem
The IBM Engineering Test Management (ETM) Excel or Word Importer includes a 32-bit and 64-bit installer and the installer must be used that match the Microsoft Excel or Word architecture. The incorrect installer for the Microsoft Excel or Word architecture prevents the add-on from loading.
Symptom
The ETM Excel Word Importer add-on is missing from Microsoft Excel or Word after successful installation.
