Error description

• /ANND34 mixes up Chain Dimension Values.
  For example, a system of chained dimensions can be seen which
  consist of the values : 800 975 850 1300
  After /ANND34 and yes:upgrade, the values have been changed to
  this wrong sequence : 1300 850 975 800

   TECHNICAL EXPLANATION FOR THE RESTRICTION:
  This system dimension is built on a mix of lines and dittos of
  lines (an odd number of dittos), and then isolated.
  It is also created from right to left.
  Because of isolation of the system dimension, we do not have
  information on how it has been built and it is the reason why
  this problem is considered as a restriction.
  
   BY-PASS:
  Create another system dimension from left to right and isolate
  it; or create the system dimension from right to left and don't
  isolate it (this second solution is better for V4->V5 migration)
